The team at DM Access International is comprised of a group of dynamic human resource professionals having over thirty five years of collective experience.

They have both lived and worked with organizations in Europe, the Caribbean, South America and the United States of America. Their experience as change agents extends through various industries including banking, insurance, real estate, retail, media, education, healthcare and hospitality.

About the President

Donnal Chung
President, DM Access International

Donnal originally from the Caribbean has lived in many different countries and continents. Her understanding of diversity and potential are her driving forces. For more than 20 years, Donnal has worked with organizations and individuals both nationally and internationally to define long term strategies, improve overall effectiveness, to develop leadership skills and competencies and improve bottom line results.

Donnal has held management positions for Fortune 500 companies as well as being Regional Director of Human Resources of a group of properties owned by Blackstone Group a leading global asset manager and provider of financial advisory services with total fee earning assets under management of $93.5 billion as of June 30, 2009.

Her diverse experience and background allows her to transcend industry lines to assist organizations and individuals with unlocking their leader potential. Her execution of results –oriented, innovative approaches enables clients to tap into their hidden potential and achieve outcomes once thought to be out of reach.

Donnal earned her B.S. Degree from the University of Maryland in Management Studies majoring in Human Resources. Her M.A is in Human Resources Management. She has received numerous awards for management excellence, is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management since 2001 from which she gained her Senior Professional in Human Resources designation and is a member of American Management Association through which she has been qualified to facilitate the Myers Briggs Personality Profile and uses this actively in team building and leadership retreats. She also serves as a Judge on the E Awards Steering Committee for Lee County Visitors and Convention Bureau which recognizes excellence in the community for providing exceptional customer service. Donnal teaches at Florida Gulf Coast University as an Adjunct professor and facilitates numerous processes through DM Access International.

Donnal’s passion is development and she has had enormous success assisting individuals in helping them to accomplish their goals, transitioning change in organizations and improving productivity.
